Hi,
i have been watching your videos and i must say that i am huge fan. I also got exited about your offer about the asylum and shakeology. I have only ove problem i am from Europe, Czech republic actually and i dont know how can i order shakeology. I have tried from beachbody, but they only ship to canada and usa. Is there some way how can i get my hands on it? i have been dying to try it since i first saw it.
Thank you for your reply
Best,
Ondrej

hey, are you taking any extra whey protein also? or just shakeology since it has a good dose of protein.

I’ve just started Insanity Asylum for the second time, and I was curious if you think it’s important to follow the number of calories Shaun says to eat? I only have about 5-10 pounds to lose & was eating 1800 on the original Insanity. So 1500 (as Shaun states) seems low to me and I notice it makes me starving throughout the day lol but I would like to lose those last few pounds.
Thanks,
Ashley

I would say go w/ what he says and if you feel like you’re bonking during the workouts, then slowly push up 100 calories a day. Listen to your body and you’ll know what’s best. Hope that helps!
